I thought I would post updated data. Surprisingly things got worse after the 0.5 bump in pressure.

Did your actual sleep get worse or better with the increase?

Probably about the same. Only difference is that I make more noises sometimes from air coming out mouth a few times a night. I'm still feeling better then I was off CPAP. Last night I changed flex from 3 to 1 as well.
Maybe I'm sleeping more on side because dogs have recently decided to sleep on either side of me but I'm always trying to sleep on side when I am aware.

If you know you are making more noises during the night because you wake up and you hear them...then some of that increase in events could be SWJ and not real.
It's still not horrible though and I would leave things alone for a little while more and see where the trend ends up at.

Then maybe go back to the 6.0 for some more nights and see how it goes with less starting pressure.

I don't have screenshot at the moment but I changed pressure back to 6 and flex of 3 last night. I slept better, less issues with air coming out of mouth and AHI dropped back under 1 with no obstructive events.

It sounds like mouth leaking is bothering you. You need to address this problem. Have you tried taping? The nice thing about trying it is then you will know how well you feel and what your data looks like when you have removed mouth leaking as a cause.

I haven't tried to tape my mouth shut yet lol, just with higher pressures when I'm on edge of sleep do I notice it.
I might have give it a try though.

You don't notice it when you are asleep, because you are asleep!!!! That's why we use software. Jim

Does it look like that is the case then in my data? If so please show me where, I can just read the numbers lol and most of those squigglies mean nothing to me yet.

I don't use Sleephead, I use Encore, my machines are old and working still. Others here are Sleepyhead people, they should be able to help. Jim
