I am curious if you folks who enjoy demeaning others on this forum act like this in real life or you do just do it on this forum because you can? What about moderated forums? Do you try and see what you can away with or do you conform to the rules because you know if you don't, you'll get booted?
I made a similar comment to someone via PM yesterday - reminds me of Junior High School. You all are supposed to be adults. Maybe you should start acting like it.

Oh I see, we shouldn't demean the high school, oops ... I mean junior high school kids on the forum? Ok, got it.

I agree that lurking is useful. I've read hundreds of posts but written very little, since most of my questions have been hashed out already.
However, I often want more than what's out there, perhaps because I'm trying to find someone who's had the exact same experience.
That is usually futile, because even though we deal with the same general issues, our individual experiences are unique .
