The USA (and every other country for that matter) would be a very, very "interesting" place if there were no police officers. Imagine it.

Much needed civility here would go up, but the entertainment factor would go way down if it gained some mods.

I suppose it all depends what you are looking for in a forum, I guess. It's already been proven what people (especially certain ones) are like around here without mods...

Maybe they will develop a Pill for browsing the Internet. It need to be Time Released, in varying strengths.

For Men only, 20 mg, 40 mg, and 80 mg. (Check with Mirror, for a Pair before taking the Pill).

For Women only, 30 mg, 60 mg and 90 mg. (Make sure you have Nickers On, like Mommy said).

For Liberals only (Male or Female), 120 mg, One tablet every 8 hours, three daily.
(No need to worry about overdose, Liberals can't take enough of this stuff. (only side effect at high dose, better mental health and being able to ALMOST function in the Real World.

Indeed! People around here express themselves freely. Before the European's invaded North America, there were no police. The state of policing changes with time and the level of freedom that comes with it.

The problem is actually all the name calling and vitriol being slung back and forth. You are contributing to that atmosphere. You persist in name calling even when you are not being attacked. Often only when your viewpoint is disagreed with. You throw around the term "Libtard" quite liberally in fact with no regards to how you are poisoning the atmosphere in here. Why don't you take a good hard look in the mirror and ask yourself why you are doing this? Does it make you feel better somehow?

Here's the thing - and I feel like we're beating a dead horse at this point (no offense to horse people please).

We're beating our heads against the wall, trying to reason with him. It's obvious that he's got something going on and he's either 1) behaving this way on purpose to be an internet troll (he's damned good too); or 2) he truly has a mental health issue that none of us can do anything about.

Since Johnny has made it clear his position on this, we're left with only two reasonable options (as individuals):

1. Leave the forum. Call it quits. Give up, pack up our toys and go home.
2. Ignore him and hope that once he stops getting attention, he goes away.

The only way for #2 to be effective is if EVERYONE that posts here agrees and stops responding TO him. Correct his errors related to CPAP equipment, therapy, etc, but do not engage HIM in any way. He shoots back with his insults, name calling and rants - ignore it.

I personally vote for #2 but realize unless everyone else here is on board, it won't work.

This thread is now 7 pages long! There are only a very few people who have posted to it. Many of them are defending their words/actions or accusing other posters, who have commented. This is not really doing anything about the situation, in my opinion.
