OK, I will screenshot SH tonight with last night's data. I can also start raising EPAP, although it will only be one per day instead of every 20 minutes lol

As for a FFM, I don't have one, and I don't know that one would work at all for me. I am a stomach sleeper and mostly face down in some manner. I have not seen any FFMs that don't protrude at least 2" further than my nose, and that won't work. I would need a FFM that was flush with my nose, and even then, I think laying face down at all would cause leaks or make my face look like I was on the losing end of a fight.

you may try taping or other things that may work, but bad leaks need fixing.
Some ideas here may help http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph ... ask_Primer

You lay the pillow at a 45 degree angle coming across your chest, the head on the pillow, mask off. a poster here has a photo how to set it up.
There is also a full face cloth mask that they say is ok for stomach sleepers.

I would think that sleeping face down in a pillow would kill you. Most stomach sleepers, like me 25-30% of the time, sleep with their face turned.

Like I've said before, I sleep between 0-45 degrees facing down. If I'm facing 0 degrees, the pillow is usually only to the tip of my nose, allowing my mouth and nose access to air. However, in that position, my nose is usually less than an inch from the "mattress". Unless I'm actually facing 90 degrees - which is where I face if I'm on my side - my nose is very close to the mattress.

I think you should try a full face mask before to tell stomach sleepers that it won't work.

Which one has the least protrusion? I know none of them have a top mount hose (which I think is the best place for the hose).

I have been using the Quattro which looks a lot like your lobster picture...you might like it.

Ugh, I was just looking on CPAP.COM and looked at that one because it has high ratings.

Now I'm not GQ material anyway, but if I laid facedown - AT ALL - with that mask, I would look like I lost a fight with a brick wall. I would have bruising everywhere the mask touched. What is so difficult about someone making a minimally protruding mask built like the Dreamwear? I cannot fall asleep on my back, and it's rare to fall asleep on my side - not that it makes any difference, because I always end up on my stomach anyway...

Btw, it's not a lobster. Jim gets it, it's the alien face hugger...

You are still an idiot, that also has a reading comprehension issue.
as per page 40/41, the vpap adapt is an ASV.

No...what you said was all VPAPs were ASV and that's not the case.
Here's what you said and what we said...
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=155945&start=0&st=0 ... w#p1185257

And once again just because I don't follow you around and make a comment after every little thing you say doesn't for one second mean that I agree with you on anything.
It just means I don't have time to deal with your shit day in and day out.

For new readers, as is generally known, VPAP and BIPAP are both trade marks for bilevel machines. Bilevel machines cover a host of different algorithms. ASV being one of them.
