I've tried Sinus-Buster. My method works a lot better... It absolutely WILL work for his issue. It won't cure it permanently, but it'll stop it cold for a period of time.

When I have a sinus infection, I switch to a cloth mask (Circadian). It is much better on swollen parts. Yes, I paid out of pocket and they can be expensive, but my nose was ever so grateful. Not so sure these would work as well in the hot weather though - kindof hot.
