I had kept records of my blood pressure for some time before going on cpap.
No changes to medication. In fact I am now off one of them.
Cpap lowered my blood pressure......

Two very good reasons to bury this where it can never be found again.

It's good that you're letting others shoulder the load of digging up the dead and buried... it'd be a lot of work for one person

Talking to your alterego?

(That's almost as bad as talking to yourself.)

Probably locked up in a Turkish prison for trying to sneak out some ersatz miracle apnea drug.

I'm guessing 'tossed overboard' However, given that everyone asked said "yeah, i did it, and good riddance", the investigation was dropped.

Redmare (and others) - it's possible your min. pressure was set too low, so low that it's difficult to inhale properly (e.g. 4 or 5) which happens a lot when docs think the machine's magic and can rise (literally) to the occasion of even very high level events. That's not so, and might be responsible for your high BP due to stress. Most of us have bumped our min. pressures early on to at least 6, 7 or even 8 depending on results and software indications. You might want to consider this if it applies and we can help you adjust things.
This answer makes the most scene to me. Upped mine today for high morning BP. trying tonight .
