Thank you both for correcting! I had assumed a "90W" CPAP, like a Resmed A10 (rather than a 10W XPAP)

The pump itself is under 10 watts, and most battery users will only run a pump and go without humidity. However, both ResMed and Respironics cigarette plug adapters are rated to work with humidity and heated hose, i.e. 90 Watts output. My Respironics has an 8 amp fuse, the ResMed comes with a 20 amp fuse.
