I am taking some supplements that seem to help, specifically they contain a lot of anti-alzheimers drugs that also help with brain regrowth, ADHD and depression related to brain dysfunction.

It has:
Phosphatidylserine,
phosphatydylcholine,
ginko biloba
fish oil
acetyl L-Carnintine HCL
Bacopa Monnieri
Curcumin,
huperzine a

What are your tips, tricks, exercises and supplements? Do they seem to have helped?
Any other tips for brain growth supplements or other things you can do to help
You are chasing nonsense that is designed to suck money out of naive people's pockets. It's unregulated, and the production processes are poorly controlled. You can never be sure you are getting a consistent dosage, or even that there is any of the active ingredient in the product.

There is no scientific evidence to support the effectiveness of the products, and there are no studies on the potential side effects.

The answer is not in magic beans. It takes work and discipline:

1. Exercise. Cardio is best, but resistance training is also needed.
2. Diet. Nothing crazy; just lean meats, eggs, veggies, limited fruits, whole grains. Stay hydrated - a glass of water with each meal is enough. More, if you are thirsty or working outside.
3. Sleep. 7 or 8 hours every night. Consistent bedtime and wake time. Good sleep hygiene practices.

Your magic beans won't work. If science ever develops some magic beans, they won't work without doing 1, 2, 3. Might as well get with it.

This will never sell.
These things require thought, effort and
...yes...discipline.
Magic beans do not.

I do know, from first hand experience, these things DO, in fact, work.

Haven't seen that brand at Costco.

And last time I saw a mushroom tech, I think he was trying to hit on a library tech over near 49er's thread.

Just sayin'.

I agree entirely with xxyzx. There's no need for you to take supplements if you follow his advice.

Sufficient sleep is number 1.

Aerobic exercise - swimming, cycling, running etc - is also really important, as it increases blood flow to the brain.

100% cocoa chocolate is also good, according to an increasing number of studies.

Funny, but there's only one person on the planet I can imagine saying that.

Either that, or this thread is ground zero of an oncoming epidemic.

Sitcom? Or horror movie? Tune in next week to find out . . .

It's easy to create new IDs and/or post as non logged in member to "agree" or for that matter disagree with someone.
All done by one person.
I am thinking...

The more mr know it all writes the more I think that he has been here before and got banned. His ranting stuff is sounding really familiar to me but I suppose that there could be more than one. Gives me the creeps to think about it though.

I said that in another thread I'm pretty sure was started by him.

Doesn't give me the creeps. If I thought his advice wouldn't harm new people, I could sit back and be amused. Tickets in my area are upwards of $200...
