I can get this:
PLA is inexpensive and versatile, but not at all flexible.
Flexible filament is expensive--it is saved for where it is essential.

Now somebody needs to 3D print them and sell them here
I do not have access to anything required for that.

The air coming out of the mini seems to be a little more turbulent, any thoughts on putting long ducts inside the connector to try stabilize it a little?

It might work, but the overall cross section in the portion carrying the tubing may need to be a bit larger to avoid reducing airflow there. Using parallel tubing to create coherent airflow may require very smooth tubing. Grab your drinking straws quickly--before they are outlawed.

I just got back from a week at the cottage using the Airmini with my custom mask connector. Unfortunately, even with by-passing the HME, the noise level from my mask is louder than I would have liked compared to my AirSense 10. I thought of designing a laminar type connector to smooth out the airflow but stumbled on to the Qtube muffler:

I just need to design a custom connector that attaches the Qtube muffler to the Airmini with the other end that could be used with any standard slimline hose. This way you could use whatever mask you want. I'll post the design once its completed.

I'm still waiting for the Qtube muffler to arrive. In the meantime, I've designed a connector that attaches to the Airmini with any standard 22mm tubing.

Update: Please note, as a possible health concern for anyone who might be considering using my design, I will be removing it from Thingiverse.
I've also designed a laminar airflow connector for the Airmini. Not sure if it will help decrease the noise to the mask but I'm in the process of printing it at the moment. I'll report back once I've had a chance to test it. Below is a cross section view of how it looks:

I think I've reduced the noise as much as I could using the laminar airflow connector. It's not perfect but I definitely noticed a difference.

Just out of curiosity, I'm also curious about whether either the muffler or laminar flow adapter decrease pressure at the mask end since CPAPs estimate the difference in pressure at the mask from the pressure at the sensor at the supply outlet using known flow resistance in tubes and mask. In APAP mode I guess it wouldn't matter too much since the machine will adjust to events, but it would affect the limits, if it does affect pressure.

My Qtube muffler arrived today and I'm happy to report that it solved the noise problem with the mask, at least for me. I'm not sure how to give an objective number in terms of the sound pressure levels as I don't know how to measure it. However, from a personal observation, I will say that the Airmini with the Qtube setup is now as quiet as my AirSense 10 and way better than my laminar airflow adapter. Further, I don't notice any decrease in the pressure level as I'm not starving for air.
I'll start a new thread later today on my setup.

Decreased airflow would be a concern with the reduced cross section
of open space across the channels.
I would certainly run a pressure test on both sides of your printed adaptor,
as good laminar design would have smooth, THIN walls.

I recently started using CPAP a few months ago. I currently use a Resmed Air Sense 10 at home with a Resmed N20 nasal mask. When I started, I was using a Resmed AirFit F20 full face mask but didn’t like the fit. I much prefer the nasal mask.
I purchased the AirMini for travel and like the machine. Initially I purchased the F20 setup pack which allows me to connect the F20 full face mask, but as I said I don’t like the fit. I then purchased the setup pack for the N20 mask and while it works, the noise from the inline humidifier is too much. I don’t get any noise when using the F20 full face mask.
I have been trying to find a way to connect either the Resmed N20 nasal mask, or Resmed Mirage FX nasal mask to the airmini without an inline humidifier. As I have learned, Resmed does not make a hose for the Airmini that will work. I am a novice at this, but is anyone able to tell me how I might do this?
Any help will be appreciated.

I had exactly the same problem. The OP in post #1 of this thread had a solution that hacked together a tubing that would work with any mask including the N20. My original solution was to by-pass the humidX housing using a custom 3D printed connector as noted on page 2 of this thread. Unfortunately, it did not solve the noise problem. The only solution that worked for me was by using a Qtube muffler. More information could be found here:

My solution requires access to a 3D printer. If you don't have access to a 3D printer, there are a number of 3D printing shops that could print the parts for you at a price.
