Thank you for the very prompt response. I assume the setting is: Enabling the checkbox in the Preferecnes System Settings page: 'Prompt to Keep the Compliance Data on the SmartCard after Download? Ok I have done this.

I downloaded the data and I can see the pages. I only see details for the last 3 nights. Is that the maximum one can get? So one needs to download at least every 3 days?

It's at the very top under "Preferences". If you're still having trouble post back.

GumbyCT, probably you posted after I replied to Den? The very top under preferences is DataBaseServer, which has no options. The second is the SystemSettings which I described above. In my msg just before this is the correct way, right?

During download, You should have been prompted to
"Keep Compliance Data on SmartCard after Download" > select OK - then you have done it.

Every 3 days is good if you want to see details of those days, else they just go into compliance data.

Maybe daily until you get to feeling_better.
