Doug, on the thought of circadian rhythm problems in general. If you did any time-zone travel over the last year or two, you might want to look up your own posts to see if you slept poorly during those dates because of time zone travel.
Not only does DST skew my sleep rhythms, but so does time zone travel. I recall NightHawkeye once posting that he relies on first-day sleep deprivation to resynchronize his circadian rhythm after traveling across timezones. I made a mental note to try that, and completely forgot about it until just now.
