I use nightly a water based lubricant/sealer with my CL2 pillows.
I am not sure it's available in the US but in Canada sells under two different names. They are Secaris and Rhinaris. Both have exactly the same formula and components and are manufactured by the same company. I judt buy the cheaper.

I was using ayr nasal gel with good results when using the CL2, but not as good with the swift. I have been using Rhinaris gel now and it works good. Probably the same product.

Ayr Gel gets dried out before the night is over-thats why the greasy stuff works better for me. Unpetrolatum is a "natural" lubricant with readable ingredients and very little scent--available in natural food stores.

Curel unscented lotion works well for me, and you can get a great big bottle of it for what a few tubes of Ayr gel cost.

Nah, I'm just not around here much anymore. My personal therapy (after 3 years) is flawless, I feel great and well-rested always, and I'm not seeking any "holy grail" machine, interface or software.
I've also found that those who need help here are getting it in spades from many experienced and knowledgeable people. It's just not my style to add to the verbiage just for the sake of posting.
So, I stop by now and then, and when I see a truly sensible post (like yours), I take the time to add a word of thanks.
Take care, and thanks for noticing my absence.
