I did receive a reply from cpap.com, whom I ordered it from. They want me to send it back first so they can check. Then they will decide if they replace it.

That should be great news to me.

Unfortunately I would have to pay shipping both ways. I am overseas. I checked shipping to and from me to cpap.com. It will end up costing $120 via UPS.

I guess I'll go to the hardware store and look for some of that JB Wedl stuff.

I tried both. Epoxy works in some cases, but not in breaks such as this.

Others offer intuitive BS, I know what works.

Why ask if you ignore?

Thank you for the offer. I'm heading off to the hardware store after work today to look for JB Weld. Hopefully they ahve it.

J B Weld is just one brand name, Any two part Structural Epoxy, will do the job, at work we use Dev-Con, in five gallon cans. (We do Big projects) Jim

I just used common (clear) epoxy. So far 3 days and it hasn't failed. I did apply it twice though. After letting it set for 24 hours, I did another application.

Clear is as strong as the plastic, Structural is as strong as steel. The secret is getting the parts clean, oil, even body oils mucks up the strength. Jim
