For me the Aura is less comfortable than others but through the night I have fewer leaking episodes,so a lot better sleeping night.

I had to vote failure but not for any clearly apparent reason. I found the interface very comfortable, I subdued leaks with rubber bands, I got rainout under control with the Aussie hose and I loved the way it felt in permitting side and 3/4 side/stomach sleeping. AHI was good, leak was good but....after 5-7 days (multiple attempts) I just started feeling crummy. I have no explanation for this but I have postulated inadequate CO2 clearance.

I have considered attempting it again (with my somewhat new Remstar Auto) but not yet. After 8+ months on CPAP my energy levels are finally starting to rise a little and I am able to pay a bit more attention to weight control, physical health, spiritual health and emotional health. I do not want to jeopardize that right now by tinkering.

I voted it a success. I am a newlywed and my wife told me my full face mask was still allowing me to snore. What a way to start a marriage with an "Alien" stuck to my face (remember the movie Alien?) I looked through what was posted and found that this one was what appeared to be well liked. I like the exhaust not blowing straight out. Thanks for the rubber band adaptation. It stays on and I haven't had leak problems. Now if it was a little quieter when I inhale.....

My vote is for The Aura I have finally found my mask !!!I will never change ....My vote did not get counted also.... Is this Like the election in Fla?

My problem with the Aura was excessive rainout. I went back to my Breeze, which I very rarely have a rainout problem with. I have ordered the heated hose, will give the Aura another chance when I get it.

If you still see the "Submit" button after you vote in a poll, it means the click didn't go through. Sometimes it has to be done twice before the poll accepts your vote. Just make your choice and hit Submit again. Sometimes it takes clicking Submit a second time to get it to accept the vote.

I just traded my UMFF mask for an aura. I am using the large interface. My hubby built the PVC pipe stand to keep the darn hose out of my way when I twist and turn. I am using this with a headboard. Will post a pic when I can figure out how!

I think it adjusts more than the breeze, is not as top heavy as the CL2, and is not as big as my activa. I will still keep my beloved activa right by my bed until I get used to the aura, but I think it will be a go.

My hubby accidentally "de-constructed" it while trying to clean it and put it back together so I'm not afraid to "de-construct" it if need be.

I have not tried the "rubber band" trick, but did use some velstretch (Krousseau found this wonderful product) to use right below the exhale port to help stabilize it (the headgear is almost too big for me) in the same fashion that rested gal uses her panty hose method. (But I bet her's in more in fashion than mine!)

Setting the Aura up for use took me a long time, it was the rubber band trick that clinched it, and it's now my favorite.

I've been using Aura exclusively for about a year now. It's the one that finally let me be compliant. What a difference it made in comfort for me. I would like to try the Hybrid for times when the stuffy nose hits.

Finally! I'm qualified to vote here. Have one night under my belt with the Twilight NT.

The headgear fits me perfectly, only had to make one pillows positioning adjustment after getting into bed. The respiration noises were a little different but didn't stop me from going right to sleep.

My only concern is the placement of the exhalation port so far up the supply stream.
