You can change your name by going to profile up on top of screen. I used trazadone for sleep and it worked fairly well. But i switched to amitrypiline which seems to be less long lasting. As far as this sleep deficit thing goes, i d try just to get use to wearing mask longer and longer each nite. Eventually it will become very natural and your hrs of sleep will slowly increase.
