I work 2nd shift and have a coffee maker in my office and have a mug about 9-10 PM. I've always been able to sleep without problems. A friend gave me coffee with herbs, ingredients: Arabica coffee, Angelica Sinensis, Guarana Seed & Yerba Mate. For the last 4 nights I've been using it, tastes great and I have been surprised when I've checked my data in the mornings. I've included a read out of one night's partial chart to show you, I have never had such steady pressure usually there is a lot of ups and downs as is the case in the 2nd partial chart from a while ago. With the 1st chart I had 1 OSA all night! The other 2 nights with this coffee are equally as good. I have no idea if or how the coffee has any relationship to this but I plan keeping an eye on how this trend might continue. Could it be the coffee with herbs?
I apologize for the poor quality of these charts.

I apologize for the poor quality of these charts.
The first chart you didn't require any pressure increase from your Min. 10cm pressure setting for 7hrs. Those regular .5cm increases you see are the Remstar algorithm proactively searching for events to clear. That 10cm pressure can mask any events seen below the 10cm (machine won't record those events below 10cm).
In the 2nd chart you needed pressure above the 10cm starting at hour 2.5.
Can the herbs in the coffee effect your sleep? I think it is a bit difficult to conclude that on such a small sample.
I would think if you wrote down your daily diet for one week as a base-line then followed that diet the next week adding the herbal coffee you might be able to determine if the coffee had anything to do with the better sleep.
