I too was having pillow leaks particularly on the right side.
I found that pushing the strap that is on the top of your head further back on my head helps to snug those pillows up at a better angle.

You are correct. It must have been deleted by forum admin or
maybe a ResMed stockholder...

No. It was not Javier. Sorry, don't remember the name ... I think he used the title of Director of Marketing but I'm not sure. He did post as a Guest so cannot be sure if it was a prank or for real.

Basically, (paraphrasing) He said that their engineering and marketing staff would be monitoring the forums as they are now very aware of the value of these forums for patient feedback ... bla bla bla ... how great a resource we were ... bla bla bla ... health and comfort of patients is their number one ... bla bla bla ... look forward to improved product ... thank you very much.

It was up for about an hour before somebody deleted it ... would have to have been a member or admin as only they can delete.

if it was a guest post, it was probably a gag. I called their company a few months ago while waiting for my Hybrid and to see why it was taking so long to get to my dealer. They are so friendly that I asked if they saw all the Hybrid talk on cpaptalk.com and she said didn't know and that they were not allowed to participate (she meant posting) on the forums if they work for the Mergenet companies. It's probably true because the engineer's email came from Johnny Goodman. I'll bet it's the same with all the companies because you NEVER see anything from Resmed, Respironics or any other employee. It's a shame. I would love to talk to all of them.

I called their customer support too ... talked to them just a couple of days ago and they indeed were aware of our forum. Yes, they are very friendly and helpful too. Just because they are not supposed to post doesn't mean they can't monitor (policies can change too ... especially after getting swamped w/ phone calls). Javier may have gone thru Johnny on the other post to make certain his message would be credible ... or perhaps so as not to get deleted by someone displeased with their Hybrid ... or the competition.

The post should have been left so that readers could decide whether it was a gag or not ... IMO.

EDIT: I recieved a call from them a few moments ago and was told that they are indeed monitoring our forum (he even knew what posts I had made regarding the Hybrid) and that they would be posting an update in the near future regarding high CO2 flush rate and numbers we are getting off the machine.

So it was not a gag.

Than who deleted it and what did they say?
I have never seen anyone from that company post on here (or any other company, come to think of it).

I guess it's back by "popular" demand.
