has anyone here looked into the (giant realm) of Adrenal Glad Malfunction as a result of prolonged undiagnosed sleep apnea?

It is one of the areas I have looked into to explain my husband's inability to handle stress, even after a year on the machine. I havn't made any progress though, so any comments would be greatful.

Wow. that's a scary thought. The idea that my ability to handle stress could be PERMANENTLY affected? Icky!

I've heard nothing about that, but in truth I haven't looked. If you hear anything from another source, please share!

Liam, who handles stress really ea... GET OFF MY CASE! (ahem) easily, without snapping.

On the pee thing...

Yeah, Im sure your wife and I have a lot in common...

I have not yet given up that one day he will be able to handle stress, at least more then he can now.
I will admit my spirit is starting to contemplate the possibility of admitting the damage already done may never go away. But I'm not there yet....

You know, it funny... but before cpap I did get up all the time to go to the bathroom, but now I only have to go once I actually wake up! So, I think Maybe all along I was just going to bathroom all night long (5-6 times per night) because I was waking up and now that I am on cpap, I go before bed and then when my alarm wakes me I have to go again.... not in between.... hmmmm, interesting!

I never thought about it before now.... I just figured I had to go to the bathroom and that's why I was always waking up!
