And I think to simply wonder, as you did, was a perfectly normal reaction. I was spared having to even wonder about that since I'm not such a prolific poster.

Guest, I can't even begin to tell you how inappropriate both of those comments were. You do guest posters (many of whom are in legitimate need of help and advice) absolutely no favors.

I was taught by a very wise man on ths site that you're better off ignoring some of the posts written by guests since they are intended to get a rise out of you and you're better served by not responding. I know who my friends are on this site and that's good enough for me.
