I get a simple, understandable reply from Crapria. That item does not have an SKU number assigned in our computer system, so I can not place an order for it.
My response, simple, ad the item I want to your system.
My latest request 5 or 6 weeks ago is working its way through their system. A few years ago it took about three months of constant hounding and escalation to a regional manager to get what I Asked for.
Being a computer guy, I am sure the person whose job it is to add such items to the system could complete the task in less than 15 minutes. It apparently takes months to work its way through the approval system to that final guys desk.
