The AHI myair is accurate but does not provide enough information to adjust your settings. The AHI is the total CA+OA+H divided by the total number of hours. Individual hourly events may be much higher than 5, but be offset by other hours where the events are low. That's the way it is calculated. If you want to know what is happening get sleepyhead downloaded and post some graphs for the experts here to look at and advise on.mibbim wrote:hum...I also get the AHI from myair, I need to get the detail info from sleepyhead. Is that a true number or I should get more myself? My doctor did check the SD one time, he says it's good.
