Well now you add the qualifiers. I am glad you found something that works with your MS condition.

I did yoga for about four years because I was traveling heavily on business. I knew I lost muscle mass and cardio endurance. Now I still travel a good bit and have joined a national gym and a regional one. I go there frequently and lift weights. For cardio, I try to stay in a hotel where you can run about the city.
I would still recommend yoga for those that enjoy it. I think if I did yoga, I would probably live longer.

As for me, heavy whipping cream has NO carbs, and makes my coffee pure luxury.

You probably have picked up info from what we in the science fields call "woo" websites. The great preponderance of scientific study still says saturated fats of all kinds cause artery-clogging. Cream is saturated fat.

How then, do cows have so much cholesterol inside them, when all they eat are greens and grain?
Pretty much hardly any fat, none of it saturated.
The body makes what you don't need out of whatever you take in too much of.

Never seen a cow with a heart attack, I do have a full freezer full of cow, it died from meat grinder burn, and has just enough cholesterol to taste good! I am doing my part for Planet Earth, keeping CO2 emissions low, eating one cow at a time. Jim

Recent articles have attempted to exonerate saturated fat from its long time connection with heart disease, questioning if certain types of SFAs may have a weaker effect on raising blood cholesterol. However, saturated fat,
regardless of type, is linked with increased heart disease risk.
Use coconut oil, cream and whole milk at your own risk.
