in other words, there's nothing you can do about this, because if either of the two sensors involved were faulty, the machine wouldn't run in the first place, it would fault and pop a service message.
a factual response is better than sending the poor guy on a snipe hunt of nothing but wasted time.

And, I gave him links to make a manometer and/or verify the output of his machine. That's more than you contributed.
Maybe in time we'll find out what he discovers.

It's sad that you can't comprehend that whether his machine's output is spot on, or not, is a waste of time for him, because it won't fix his problem, there are no adjustments that can be made inside the machine, it's all software controlled, and he doesn't have the software to control it.

so, it matters not whether the machine's "output" is correct or not, if it is, it's still not working the way he wants it, if it's not, it's still not working the way he wants it.

if it helps your ego to think that you contributed more than I did by offering extraneous, immaterial suggestions, then by all means... feel inflated.

Make two labels, one SMARTSTART one DUMBSTART, lable the machines correctly. I'm thankful my "TANK" start at all, but they have buttons and I have fingers. Jim

Thanks for posting this. It helped a lot when trying to take it apart! I just had to replace the power connector, and it seems to be working fine now!

I've an Autoset CPAP with 3 years use so out of warranty, since 3 months ago it started to "buzz" when I inspire the air. When contacting the service shop here in Brazil they told me that the engine must be replaced. I'm really surprised as Resmed is the most expensive machine worldwide and engine replacement be need with 3 years run unbelievable.
So if it's really needed I need to ask you how to purchase a new engine through internet and the service manual to repair it in my home.
Thanks
Ramon

Are you sure the buzzz is not in the mask seal or mask elbow?

The buzz is the sound made when a robot zombie sucks brains.
Enjoy.

Yes Oscar, the Buzz comes from inside the machine and day by day the noise increases
