Auto is a mode...when you go to the clinical setup menu area cpap will be in the "mode" part of the menu.
You have to highlight "cpap" and turn the dial to get the other "mode" options if they are available.

I know but the 460 had 30 days of apap trial available.
The 450 didn't but the 460 did.
Now it may not be available if the machine wasn't totally new and someone used up the 30 days but that can be fix too.

If there is no auto mode available...another tiny increase in the pressure to better prevent the snores an hyponeas wanting to cluster at the beginning of the night. Probably just 1 cm...maybe 0.5.
A little too much " clutter" to suit me.
