Woody, Cecil tries to live a healthy life style. But that was not always the case. Back in his Kitteen years he did have a substance abuse problem and got in some trouble. He is well known to the local Constabulary . Understand fully, Cecil is not a bad cat, he was just hanging out with the wrong Pride
Holden, yes he could use a larger collar but he has the largest cat collar available. The next sizes up are all dog collars and Cecil would never, ever, wear a dog collar!

You're letting him hang out with Woody? How do you know Woody is a good influence? Maybe he isn't even using his machine. Maybe you should consider rethinking this.

We once had a 12 pound cat named Ebonite.(Not his real name).
He was black, and I found that buy adding a few pieces of duct tape he would make a purrfect bowling ball. OHH, to see his expression again as he rolled up the ball return.....

No cats were harmed making this thread, please do not call the ASPCA on me as I have had more encounters with local Police, State Police, County Sheriff, F.B.I., C.I.A., as well as most of the foreign intelligence agency's of the developed world, than I care to remember
