All the time. Mine typically hovers between 90-100, but there are plenty of 100s in there.

I hereby declare Cindy's 95 an official 100!
Maybe we can even get that 2.4 events down with SleepyHead.
I am betting on some SWJ flags due to the new mask experiment and being awake.
I know she already has some SWJ due to other health issues messing with her sleep quality...
The bulk of her AHI has always been SWJ.
I wouldn't be worrying about that AHI right now.

I don’t get 100 very often, but that doesn’t bother me that much.
It’s the points-off for mask leaks that I find concerning (and if I ask myself, as some have suggested, whether I felt the CPAP helped me sleep well? Meh, I still have daytime sleepiness, even with the use of Armodafanil (generic Nuvigil)).

Makes sense. My AHI can hover around that mark, myself, some nights. And I'm too lazy to do SH because I feel so great in the mornings compared to how I once felt. So it's only a future goal for me, as well. And that's my confession for today.

Most of the time I am too lazy to go digging deep myself...besides I always figure that last night is water under the bridge and can't do much about it anyway.
Here lately because of the poor sleep quality issues and insomnia issues from the back stuff I have looked a the flow rate for arousals and SWJ stuff more out of curiosity than anything else.
About 6 to 8 weeks ago I had a night with AHI of 3.8...unusually high for me so I did take the time to look at each event that was flagged...and there was a nice mixture of primarily OAs and hyponeas with a few centrals thrown in.
So I zoomed in and every single flagged event was either SWJ or a post arousal flagged event....none related to SDB reduction in air flow though. I didn't have one single real asleep event...not even any "maybes" that were borderline hard to tell.
It was a bad night in terms of back pain...slept fitfully...lots of wake ups that I remembered tossing and turning trying to get comfortable...and usually when there are a lot I remember there are usually about that many I don't remember.
So on the face of it...AHI of 3.8 mainly obstructive people might thing (more pressure) but in reality it was all SWJ stuff and more pressure wouldn't have done a darn thing to help reduce the AHI. Crappy sleep for sure but not because of sleep apnea.
Since having the back procedure last week and trying to document sleep quality somewhat...I have been looking at the flow rate for the entire night just to spot arousals and such....probably 75% of the flagged events I get ...SWJ.
Last night..short night but had 4 flagged events...one was real...the rest junk.
Short night..3 1/2 hours....insomnia...stress related...worrying about my mom and how much it's going to cost to fix the damn truck.
Just the towing bill was $150.

Its swj but not due to the mask. I woke up early and it was .5 ahi. I tried going back to sleep but it wasn't happening. Me wiggling around for an hour or so before finally getting up is what jumped it to 3.5. I moved a bunch of stuff around yesterday getting ready for my daughter then sat at the surgery center for a couple of hours waiting for my husband. Then drove him home through rush hour traffic with my hands clinched on the steering wheel everything stiffened up and my shoulders and hands especially hate me today.
Holy cow $150 for towing ? You need AAA

I've now hit 100% on myAir the last six nights, and I'm beginning to wonder if the damn thing lies! I did up the pressure a bit and added more humidity... maybe that's it... who knows. May check SH but I really don't want to find out it's wrong!
Oh... the RT at the doctor's office said he would teach me how to change my own pressures (etc.) so that I could be in control of my own therapy. The look on my face must have been priceless because he burst out laughing.

The Dream Police just called. They said something about wanting that rogue RRT's name and location so that he can be found, contained, and destroyed before the entire industry self-destructs.

I have insurance that will pay $100 of that...just found that out this afternoon..I will need it....

myAir counts getting up in the morning as one "mask off," which is all you're allowed, in order to get 100 (?). seems kind of harsh. some of us who want the 100 badly enough are forced to bring a bed pan or catheter to bed every night.
That is incorrect. You can have two masks off and get 100. I get a 100 every night and get up to pee in the wee hours of the night.
