I leave everything neatly packed in the ResMed carry case. It helps with the convenience of grab and go and helps to make sure I do not forget something like tubing or the power cord, which I've done before when I only had one machine - when I was disconnecting everything I put the machine and the cord in the bag but forgot the tubing and mask because I was in a hurry and wasn't thinking, not to mention I woke up to catch a flight in the early morning so my brain was mush.
I have a bigger problem forgetting stuff at the other location. I added a list, pinned inside my case, as a sort of checklist to make sure everything is there before I zip up. Forgetting a hose or mask isn't so much of a problem as the cord as you know!!
