You would have to try it and see if you can get it to work. See here for proper stomach-sleeping position while wearing a CPAP mask ---->

I sleep on my sides and back and have never given stomach-sleeping a good try.
Why do you sleep on your stomach?

Does this refer to mask leaks or air leaking out the mouth?

So, I changed my humidity setting from 5 (max) to 3 for about a week. My AHI number immediately went down. I then set it to 1, and last night I turned off the humidifier and ran it empty. This was the first time my AHI has been below 2 for two nights in a row - and 3 times in a week. Clearly I shouldn't be using the humidifier. I just need to figure out how to sleep with my mouth closed more often, because I get SO dried out. Maybe the humidification is contributing to me being stuffed up frequently.
I got the neck collar - medium/firm. It was rather uncomfortable, but I managed once it was put in place and I was laying down on my back. I wondered if it was too big. The second night I tried to put it on and realized it was DEFINITELY too big. So I went without and ordered a small. I should get it tomorrow or tuesday. I got a mouthpiece too. It was way too big. I have another one on order.
My pressure had been set at 12 originally, but was changed to a variable 15-20, which seems right. Are there any other settings I should be trying?

I use a boil and bite snore stopper mouth guard and a 4 In cervical collar to keep my mouth shut.
I have been able to drop the pressure for 15 to 20 ... down to 10 to 12 and never have a dry mouth and my ahi is below 1 consistently.

I got this, or one just like it. But must have misplaced the instructions. Can you tell me how to make it conform to my mouth?

The instructions for all boil-n-bite mouthpieces are basically the same -
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OPKIGI1wEg .
In the last step, bite down hard so that it molds to your teeth. In the next to the last step, they just want you to rinse off the hot water so drops don't burn your mouth. Get it out of the cold water quickly - if you cool it too much, it may not mold properly.
If you feel it does not properly fit, it can be molded again - repeat process.
After you have it molded and cooled, you may need to trim a bit to fit comfortably. Take it out of your mouth and trim with scissors. Do not try to trim with scissors while still in your mouth - you may inadvertently give yourself a UPPP. (heehee)

Always go a week or so with any adjustment to determine if it is an actual change or a fluke. I also had to turn my humidity down.

I'm still running with the humidifier off and trying a few different C-Flex settings (for a week or so at a time). But I just looked at my Sleepyhead stats and noticed that the report says Humidifier OFF - which makes sense, but when looking back to when I turned it off, it says it was previously off too (humidifier status). Seems odd. Although I know I was going through the water at that time. At least 2/3 of the reservoir each night.

It's a known SleepyHead bug in the reporting of various settings.
Just disregard what SH says about humidifier use or settings.
