Avi:
A link to the device would have been useful. Sadly, my tablet makes posting links impossible.
That looks like the "home and travel cpap hose lift system" by Arden innovations, sold also by cpap.com.
I have one, and sometimes use it for travel. It folds up very small.

I've been using the Hose Buddy for years. You can't go wrong with it.

Its $18.99 in Amazon.

So you are from Independence MO? If you go there to Harry Truman library you could see this piece of paper that president Truman signed "by the way" and thus recognizing the state of Israel (where I was born):

Hey Avi thanks for the link to the hanger, I'll check it out.

Yes, I could go to the Truman Library to see that document as it's only 3 or 4 miles from where I live. I probably should take another look at it now that I'm more mature, the last time I think I went in there was around 1973, my last year of high school.
When I was a young teenager I used to deliver newspapers to President Truman's neighborhood so I went by his home every morning in the early AM. He didn't take the paper though and I thought I might see him some time when he was out for his morning walk but I don't think I ever did.

That is a pretty cool document you've shown and I'm glad you got your Jewish state established. I do hate that it's been such a target from other nations all these years. Hopefully with our next president and by our next president more respect can be given to your country. Obama has just been awful.

If you travel a lot, keep a cheap, small Philips screwdriver in your cpap bag. You need the screwdriver to adjust the height of the hose hanger and assemble and disassemble.

I purchased an IV hanger. I got it on eBay for $23, new. You can then adjust the height and your hose will go through the loops and hang down to where you connect the mask.

That is what & why this is the very best hose hanger hands-down. No tools needed and you can use it at home or when traveling. It works almost anywhere, leaves no marks and takes up no room in your bag as it will fit in a shirt pocket.

You can use a hair scrunchie, a rubber band, a string, etc. to slip the hose thru. You can buy the Command Strip hook in Walmart, Hardware stores, etc. Give it a try even if you already have one of those pricey ones listed above.

I have one in the bedroom I put on the wall some yrs ago with painters tape.

I'd be worried about airport security objecting to a screwdriver in my hand luggage.

I've traveled domestically and had no problem. But.... you never know...
