How do you change the time zone or time on a ResMed 10 Autoset? Can't find it for looking in the clinical menu. I am in Calgary on vacation (7 hours behind UK), first two nights have reported just 1 hour and 50 mins usage, which is clearly incorrect.
Just leave it. The time zone is immaterial to how many hours, whenever the "noon cutoff" happens, you'll get more hours on the other side of it. Plus, you'll have to mess with it again when you go back home.

I'm in agreement with PR, the amount of hours that it records is immaterial to the amount of hours you actually slept, which is by far the more important factor here.

Yeah, *yesterday* may say only an hour and half, but day before yesterday should be fine, just a split night.
