Rooting for the Cubs...

I was diagnosed 8/17/2016 and so many people in my life have just learned I have OSA. It was amusing how many text messages I just got when the announcers brought up Mike Napoli of the Indians sleep apnea issues.

I feel it is a win/win for both teams to finally be there again. I am rooting for Cleveland, but will still be happy for Chicago and their fans if they win. Hope it goes 7...

It is a win win really but the Cubs dry streak is the longest and they are a team I sort of follow anyway since the Cards and Cubs have such a rivalry.

Looks like the voodoo dolls worked tonight...Yeah Cubbies...don't think I will put the voodoo dolls away just yet though.
The Indians have some awesome players.

I agree about the Cubs dry streak, that's why I will still be happy for them even if they beat the Indians. Talk about dedicated, patient and deserving fans!

They said in yesterdays game that Kluber might pitch game 4 and even 7 (if the series goes that long). I think he is voodoo proof, but familiarity of his pitches by the Cubs may be more of a kryptonite for him then your voodoo dolls (Ouch, what was that ... Ow, there it is again ... Ouch, that really hurts... Hey, only kidding Pugsy about the voodoo dolls ... It was just a silly opinion after all )

Kluber and Miller have earned 2 voodoo dolls each.
Need some extra magic with those 2....of course it's like with any pitcher...when they have their stuff they are really hard to beat but they don't always have their "stuff" as evidenced by what happened with Kershaw at this last pitching...they aren't impossible to beat...just damned hard sometimes.

My job...make it so they can't find their "stuff".
My husband will tell you that I weave a powerful spell. Always he said his next want in a woman would be a tall blonde with big boobs that would travel in the truck with him...what did he get with me...really short redhead with so so boobs who doesn't particularly like to travel at all.

I'm a Cubbies fan all the way. I was born in Urbana, IL and did my graduate work at UIUC. Urbana-Champaign is right on the border between "Cubs" territory and "Cardinals" territory. For me, its (1) Cubs and (2) Cards. Others from Urbana-Champaign might rank them in the opposite order.

Damn...Cubbies lost tonight...good game but a tough fight.
Looks like I need more voodoo dolls for tomorrow night and a boatload of pins.

I'm for the Cubs. My goodness, they seem to always find a way to lose! If they win, then the Astros will fill their spot.

Well...there is still a glimmer of hope for the Cubbies. Granted not a large beacon like I would want but there is a little glimmer.
Tough but not totally impossible.

After evening up the series, I bet the Cub fans are fit to be tied. It will be hard to win two in Cleveland, but remember... it is Cleveland. I hope the Cubs can finally do it!
