Last night it got better!
The smell of vinegar is almost finished.
I washed all over again with mild soap and also with soda.
The bicarbonate formed a thin layer whitish that has been difficult send away altogether. The smell this night was strange but bearable and I managed to sleep.
Trouble was this morning when I woke up, my nose is out of the blood, but I have not touched it.
I measured the pressure and it was normal.
I never bleeding problems from the nose!
It may have been due to my mucous irritation vinegar?
Our told: "the troubles are never alone"!
What do you think?

Are you using the humidifier? You may need it if your climate is too dry.

Should have kept the large insect. It was preventing nose bleeds.
