If someone is complaining that the p10 is loud and the wearer sounds like Darth Vader it's possible that he's mouth breathing.

that's one possibility, or the mask isn't assembled properly and leaking like mad, or there's another leak somewhere... only thing that's certain is that something is wrong.

No no NO! Severity has balls all to do with pressure! You can be extremely severe with a high AHI and have it completely resolved with a pressure of 5 or 6!
