Camping and SpO2

Went camping over the weekend and had no way of powering the CPAP. I did take my Oximeter along to see if I could gather some data.
I was camping at 7800 ft so I knew my O2 levels were going to be a bit low. That is pretty easy to see on the chart. What i do not know how to read are the drops and how they relate to AHI. Could I get some help deciphering?
And yes a battery and portable O2 tanks are in my future for the next trip. I slept well but felt achy all day. Oh and my kids probably did not sleep well from all the snoring
I also need to figure out a good backpacking solution. Fall is a heavy backpacking season for me. Adding an extra 15 pounds to my pack does not excite me. I see several threads on camping with CPAP but have not found anything on Supplemental O2. Does anyone have experience with a reasonable solution for O2?
Thanks!
