My events are lower with Ibuprofen since that relieves all my back pain when I over-exercise. No pain = better sleep for me. Haven't taken Tramadol so can't comment on that.

Tramadol is a sleeping pill which could slow your breathing. Ibuprofen (Motrin,Advil or any NSAI drugs) have a cardiac proponent. Why do you think Celexa and others in that class were taken off market? There's warning label on bottle regarding cardiac.
