Better find another country and pack those belongings a lot faster huh?
Wait-a-minute!
Somebody already tried that funny business back in 2005 with a penalty of up to 1 year in prison and 1/4 million dollars in fines (as described in Sec. 3) ...
You got me curious, so I thought I'd dig a little on the (proposed) Flag Protection Act of 2005 and "Mrs. Pander Bear".

When dealing with discussable people, eventually they have to recycle, there are not enough new discussable things, to keep them happy. Jim

You nailed it CG.
He's been behind way too many shenanigans (political and economically) in this country and around the world for far too long.

Does the bill of rights apply to illegal aliens? I am not trying to start an argument but I just would like to know the answer to the question. If an illegal burns a flag should they be deported?

Why can't we just KEEP the Constitution; and if burning the flag causes someone emotional distress,
the victim should be able to SUE the flag-burner.

What happened to judges throwing lawyers in jail for 24 hours for filing frivolous lawsuits?

Some judges might not consider this a frivolous suit.
Judges are often permitted to rule by their beliefs and personal biases, regardless of logic. (Seen it happen)
One reason why everyone in my family votes NO on retention for any judge.

I agree. They don't need to be there forever.

They also own most of the guns and ammo.
I'm going to be nice to them and not tell them how I voted.
That's OK. Just keep eating, driving, heating your dwelling, buying clothing and using your CPAP.........and you'll be supporting those who DID vote for him. The alternative was much worse anyway.
And, we'll keep protecting your First Amendment (and all the other) rights (with our Second Amendment rights).

Don't bother your little self. I have my own small arsenal. 20-gauge pump under my bed now. (Trigger locked.)
