better use a full face mask and tape mouth to force the habit of nosebreathing. Somehow even if my nose is somewhat congested, it clears, once on cpap

Avi, do you really think just because you posted the same info twice, that folks would listen to you????? Or is it just because YOU believe something, that makes it the gospel truth and everyone should believe it. As stated here by folks that have been taping for YEARS, it works just fine!!!!!! Its Avi's way or the highway...... AGAIN

and chinstraps have proven useless and uncomfortable for me either with nasal mask or ffm. so yes, avi's advice is not for me at all

I tried the 3M Micropore labeled as "gentler paper tape" but it left a bit of a rash consistently.
The 3M Durapore "durable cloth tape" seems gentler but can sometimes take some skin off, too, so I remove it carefully.
Which type of 3M tape do you like to use for this purpose?

Blue painters' tape is pretty good.
