So failure once again...

Laid in my bed for at least two hours before I couldn't bare the discomfort and boredom anymore.
My nose started burning considerably and my throat was getting terribly sore.

Had a drink to soothe my throat, waited a few for it to feel a lil better and laid back down... out in about 10 minutes

Next step?

Need to retrain your brain. Use the machine while awake watching TV, like was suggested earlier. Use Saline nasal spray for your nose and Biotene Spray for your mouth before masking. Try a different humidity setting. Failure doesn't have to be permanent. Just have to find the right combination.

Ok, so getting a bit of run around from supplier... 'We are a smaller office so we don't have anything in stock'
'Call this number and this number then that number...' Wish me luck

BTW, something interesting happened.
I have been working out over the last week.
Last night I really pushed myself (which honestly isnt much compared to just about anyone else).
So much so that when I did my cardio/HIIT run it took me some 30 odd minutes before I could breathe normal again; couldn't get oxygen for all I was worth!
I am very sore (weight training too), but I woke up feeling fantastic!
Me and the wife message each other daily and of course she asked how I felt.
I told her and she said that I did not snore AT ALL!?

Ok did another high intensity session last night; didn't feel the same this morning. Tho, tbf, I didn't get much sleep time... about 6 hours total.
I have found my mask and everything is soaking once again.
Hopefully I can use it tonight!

Alright, super long weekend and week. Been at hospital with mother and law. All better for her now.
So back home and tried again. Did the face mask fit test thingy and never could get it to seal. Gave it two hours and finally got it!!!! Did my last bits of getting ready for bed, lay dwon and suit up, never got it to seal again. Gave up... Didnt even change a thing. Dont think I could have dealt with the smell anyway.

About back to being done with it all. Destined to feel absolutely terrible, everyday...
