Well, to answer my own question, YES, 37207 is the Autoset model. They did the ol' switcheroo and gave me the lesser model. The DME is closed now, but I'm taking this machine back in the morning.

Sounds that way. Make sure is says "Autoset". I believe there's another Auto model which collects limited data but not like the Autoset.

Hi Den,
You are thinking of the S9 Escape Auto and looks like ResMed didn't bring that model back when it came out with the new AirSense model line. There is no AirSense 10 Escape model of any kind.
The base model just says "CPAP" as the model name and it is a half assed brick since it gives generic AHI and 95% leak. Doesn't offer any graphs at all and doesn't breakdown the AHI into each category and for leak it only offers the 95% number.

Your invoice says 37207 Autoset....Look at the number on the bottom of your machine.....Does it have that number? Does it say AUTOSET on the bottom right of the machine

When I type the model number on my delivery ticket (37207) into the search box on cpap.com, it shows the AirSense 10 AutoSet. The CPAP base model is 37203.

No.
There are no graphs at all on any of the machine's LCD screen. All you get on the screen is numbers.

The base "CPAP" model will show AHI and leak..that's it on the LCD screen and software along with hours of use which they all offer.

The Autoset offers more detailed information on the LCD screen beyond the AHI and leak but you have to use the available software to see the graphs that are available.

Well, the number on the sticker (back of the machine) says "37015". The front of the machine says "AirSense 10 CPAP". Just to make sure that I didn't make a fool of myself when I call the DME tomorrow, I called ResMed. The ResMed fellow told me the 37015 is an internal number (for ResMed) and doesn't equate to the model number (go figure). He asked for the serial number and he looked it up - I have the base model. So, back to the DME tomorrow. I dread it. Thanks for your help, all.

37207 is an ordering code for a two pack.

make sure that what you get says "AutoSet" on the front, (preferably AutoSet For her) and report back with what the actual REF number on the back is, please.

you'd expect them to know better, since 37015 *IS* the model number... *shaking head*

Product code for ordering 2 of the same machine. Something a DME might do in order to get a price break when ordering 2 machines at the same time. I think the "7" would mean with the slimline hose and if there had been an "8" instead of 7 that package comes with the heated hose.

In other words...different product codes for bulk pricing along with or without heated hose.

No argument from me.
ResMed machines have typically been higher priced than the others. If the higher costs are passed along to the DMEs, it's a sure bet that they're going to look for (sleazy) opportunities to help their bottom line.
