Anytime this phrase is used, you can be sure it is used by someone who is deep into woo and ignoring the science.
The use of "industrial" is an appeal to emotion instead of reason. It works very well with most of the population.

Well just try and find 100% virgin olive oil! Never mind what it says on the bottle because that has no relationship to what is actually
IN the bottle. Go and google it - plenty of lawsuits listed.

My diet is fairly low carb, lots of vegetables, nuts, moderate intake of high fat dairy like 10% plain yoghurt; eggs and of course, protein. I eat low carb tortillas or mung bean pasta (ie high fibre carbs) several times a week so that my body doesn't completely forget how to deal with carbs! So far, so good.
I weigh myself daily and my weight is remarkably stable at the moment.
On the advice of my sleep specialist I lost just over 10% of my body weight in the last few months by going low carb .....
I'm not at all unhappy that she advised me to lose weight even though it didn't "cure" my OSA. I was never overweight in the first place ... but my body just does better on this low carb diet and with less "me" to carry around! I weigh the same as I did when I was in my 20s now.
I will never be able to eat the way I used to a few years ago ... empty, low nutrition carbs (white rice, bread, crackers etc) have no value whatsoever in my diet.
