Honestly, no idea. I just went to the sleep center twice, visited the doc, and got what they gave me 5 years ago. Spent about two months trying to sleep with the thing then gave up.

Ok, three hours last night. Here's my chart--pretty dramatic change--thanks a ton Sleeprider!

Took of the mask three times. Put it back on twice, got frustrated the third time. No underlying feeling of dread about putting it back on as in the past.

(Nearly) one year follow up:
I'm averaging 5:30 hours of therapy with 93% compliance and an AHI of 2.9. Finally replacing my Opus 360 from 2011 with a brand new P10 tonight.

Just wanted to drop a note to thank the people that helped me!
