I'm so excited to sleep well again tonight. The more good nights' sleep I get, the more normal I'll start to feel. It's been so many years. Even my attitude is better today than it's been in months.

ATTA GIRL HEATHER!!! I, TOO, HAD NUMEROUS "EVENTS" per hour during my titration two years ago. Today, I CUT THE FRONT LAWN (pushmower, 80' X 50') NOT BAD FOR AN 'OLE BROAD!! You'll be AMAZED HOW MUCH BETTER YOU ARE GOING TO FEEL!!!! STICK WITH IT!!

Congratulations!
You are what we call a "duck" meaning you are taking to CPAP like a duck to water. You are a lucky duck
Keep going like your life depends on it, because it does.

Let your body sleep (with the machine) when it needs to sleep. It takes a while to recover from years of abuse due to this condition. So happy you are experiencing such good results so early!!!

My sleep doc said "it takes 6 months for your brain to recover". So you've got that to look forward to.
