Hehe, not a problem mate - as I said, after working with it for a while, I know that Ozone can be quite effective in the right applications. Cleaning a CPAP machine with plastic, metal, and rubber in it... yeah, not really one of those applications

yeah, well, the only thing that the socalledclean does is clean money out of peoples wallets

I've used one every day for the past two months with no other cleaning method but the SoClean. It has functioned flawlessly, and I see no deterioration or discoloration of any equipment.

Have you ever tried not using it for a while? I wonder what you'd think when you found things just as good as they are when using it.

Prior to using the SoClean, I simply followed the manufacturer's recommendation for daily/weekly cleaning --- which worked fine, but was tedious. There were times when I would not clean equipment for several days (or more), and would eventually see small patches of black mold in the tubing. A brush would remove the mold, but it re-emphasized the need for cleaning. So far, the SoClean has solved that problem, as well as simplifying the cleaning process.

Where do you live that you get mold in the hose so fast? There are a whole lot of us who've never cleaned out our hoses in actual decades and have lived to tell about it... never saw mold anywhere anytime.

Hey.....The more people that purchase the So Clean....Better for the economy. So Clean can hire more people and pay more taxes.
Meanwhile...I'll continue to use my equipment with very little cleaning. (seawolf must live in a very dirty environment).

So, how do you know it is doing anything?

I did have a noclean for the 30 day trial, so what? Why do you have mold? Now after a couple years I go for months without cleaning my hose and have no mold

I use my finger to check for a slimy feel (no visible mold at that point)
This detects gunk even quicker than a sniff; but I use that too. Then I wash.
Hot water and Dawn, with a dedicated soft brush that will get all the corners.
Easy, reliable, inexpensive. No need for one more useless gadget to clutter up my life.

If that works for you, and you're happy with the results, then keep doing it. I have no basis for suggesting you to do something different.
