Also your min pressure is way too low. I would raise it to 10 if it was me and see how that works to tame your pressure graph.
And, therein may lie a "Catch 22".
Using a therapy that is improperly configured isn't going to be conducive to you wanting to use it. But NOT using it isn't going to help you feel better either.
This is why it's so important for the users to take charge of their own therapy and start thinking about what would work best for them. Using the reports, analyzing their content and learning more about what's going on as they sleep.

I probably should have mentioned it on my first post. I just started therapy about a week ago which is why there's a bunch of empty dates. I'm just frustrated because it has actually made my sleep worse. I guess I need to just tough it out for at least a month. My follow up is about 6 weeks from now.

You keep saying it made your sleep worse, but apart from 'congested' have not specified what part is worse... mask fit, sensation of not getting enough (or too much) air, difficulty breathing out (there's a fix for that), etc. etc. We can help, but you have to show up too, and come back here more often so we can compare notes.

There are two keys here to successful treatment, well, three actually. The first is embracing the change and wanting to get better. Part of that is working with your equipment and configuring it....mask, etc., so that it is comfortable enough for you to use every time you sleep. It is a big, but necessary change to get used to sleeping with this thing on your face.
The second is maximizing/optimizing your therapy. That involved digging in, learning about your condition, and getting educated and interested enough to take charge of your treatment. There is all the information you need right here on this forum. It is up to you to get busy and dig in.
Finally, once you have gotten the first two steps done, the key is consistent treatment. Using the equipment EVERY time you sleep. There are folks that don't feel the benefits for months, some feel better overnight. For me it has been a progressive thing, with fits and starts. I will tell you now that I am feeling better, I have missed two nights of treatment. And it took me over a week to get back to feeling the new normal (good) again after those nights.
