I just downloaded this program and installed it and it was not in English but some other foreign tongue. I used a program called Shadow Defender and went into shadow mode to install this so when I shut down and rebooted I was back to normal. I use this program to test any new program before I install it on my computer to see what it will do.

I just downloaded the new version, and it worked fine. Everything was in English, loaded correctly, and read my old data in correctly. I will try loading new data tomorrow morning. A big thank you to Mark for all the work he has done on this version as well as previous versions.

What a mission statement!

I have ZERO concept of the differences in software licensing types. I used my existing Sleepyhead program for a month or so before I donated - may have been the first/only shareware I ever did that for - it's a professional program and it's worth it... it's probably worth more than I gave, but I don't use it THAT much, so it's really nice to be able to pay something commensurate with my usage. Imagine that!

Thanks Jedi.

I created a restore point and tried again with a fresh download. All the installation part is in English but when you open the program it is in some other tongue, guess I'll just stay with the older version. Restored my computer to it's previous state.

it's important to remember that there has been absolutely *nothing* done that wasn't entirely, completely allowed, if not *encouraged* by the software license that mark chose, and re-affirmed for sleepyhead.

At the top, there are 4 options. The rightmost one is "Help" Select help.

Select the 4th option, which is "change language."

You should be able to do it, even if you can't read the foreign language.

You tend to get a crash message from SH when you do this, but ignore it and it should change the language option.

Kudos to you Mark on making this choice. And thank you for the work you have done.

As a community we stand as one (I was going to say we sleep together but that might be misunderstood)
