I suspect the SD card is not the problem. I reformatted it yesterday, and it had data on it this morning. The latest date on the SD card's folder was Nov 2015, so that tells me that the CPAP has the wrong internal date.
Are you using a PR System One machine? There's no way to set the date on a PR machine. It's supposed to be set to GMT time at the factory. There are some problems with clock drift, but it shouldn't be affecting the date by several months ..

So check the time stamps on the files inside the newest p* folder. The date on the folder is the date the machine created the folder. To see if the machine is actually writing data, you need to check on the files inside the folder and see what the dates on the files are.

I put the new SD card in last night. Same result. All of the folders/files have a date of 11/9/2015, so apparently my CPAP thinks the date, and it's not changing that date from night to night.

Did any *new files* get written inside the folder?

The folder's date is NOT going to change. It is the date the machine created the folder in its internal memory. The question is whether the machine is writing new files inside the folder each night.

It's not writing new files as far as I can tell. The latest file date matches the latest folder date, sometime in Nov 2015.

I had the same Problem. Sleepyhead now tells us to "write protect" the card by sliding the lever write protect lever on the card down so our computer does not write files on the card making is unreadable by the cpap. That's my guess. Prob need to reformat or get a new card.
