Whatever you say.

Vents are usually only loud when the hit a pillow or bedsheets. Why did you get a full face mask, by the way? Unless you are positive that you are a mouth breather (everybody with sleep apnea is a mouth breather in their sleep before they use cpap), you may want to try nasal pillows. They are a lot less intrusive, don't have a lot of trouble with leaks, and the P10 has a silent vent.

Autoramp doesn't slowly increase. It increases 1 cmH20 per minute after it detects you have nearly fallen asleep.
You left off this part. However, if sleep onset is not detected, the device will reach the target pressure within 30 minutes.

This is no longer entirely true. I do believe that the timed ramps of most machines don't provide much in the way of comfort as the steadily progressing pressure would seem to rush you. Also I am sure I could get used to the high pressures when falling asleep, but the autoramp feature of the Airsense 10 makes it possible to set the ramp pressure and ramp-only EPR so that there is virtually no change in the way you breath from before you put the mask on to after you put it on. It makes for an extremely comfortable falling asleep experience. I would never switch to not using it.
blah blah blah whatever, glad you like it, quit evangelizing it.

pale who pissed in your Wheaties this morning I am trying to help just like others are trying to help me I responded with the humidifier one with the same answer you did in a different words and no one asked you to troll in my thread and start putting others down. this is helping me learn but your negativity isn't wanted.
thanks,

nobody. learn before "helping".
thanks.
also, as long as we're at it... sentences. it helps make what you're trying to convey somewhat more comprehensible. check into it.
