Yeah, I had the occipital strap adjusted too tight with the velcro loops and it was tugging the frame posteriorly. I had tightened the strap when I was experimenting with a wash cloth over my head, haha. I have relaxed the tension in the occipital strap and the frame is better positioned now.

I have the same hair and basically same issue. The scull cap is a good idea, but might be too warm? How about one of those surgical caps? I too am sick of that line on my head!

Lucy, my guess would be that you need a bigger frame. You could add pad-a-cheeks then and that helps to customize the fit some. It's just your face shape - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have the smallest frame for the Dreamwear and it's almost too big, but the largest size of the P10 and it's not big enough. My upper lip occasionally gets tender from the Dreamwear mask, then I switch back to the Swift FX for a few days.

I had a bad crease atop my head as well. A dent was forming across my scalp. Started sliding a number four diaper under the top part of the mask after putting it on first. Worked wonders. My hair was back to normal after about 3 days or so.
