The salinity of both products is designed to approximate the salinity of mucus and mucus membranes. So they should not cause drying.

Thanks CG! Perhaps the only reason I'm aware of the dryness is because my nasal passages are clearer than they've ever been! I check out the NeilMed Gel (I do use Lansinoh for comfort around my mask).
I'm actually feeling better about the small amount of blood after having seen the small traces today as I can see it is definitely not connected to my prior nosebleeds.
