If you cant get any response from the MyAir site, check with your DME. My first machine would not transmit data to the MyAir site. They had to give me a different machine. If they have to change it, make sure you get a data capable machine. You will get a lot more information from sleepyhead than you will from the MyAir site. Your DME and doctor use that site to verify you are using the machine so the insurance will pay them.

This is all like a college class that you have to take and pass in about a month.

"Cramming" for exams?
Ever have dreams that you are a good way through a semester in college (like around finals time) and suddenly realize you've been missing a class all this time?

Right now, I'm not sure which symptom is worse; The constant heart palpitations, the wooziness that hits me with no warning, the closed off throat,or the indigestion. Things better get better for me SOON.

Have you discussed these symptoms with your doctor? They may be from something other than apnea. If you have checked out other causes, it's possible they will all get better with optimized therapy. You have just started give it time learn a little at a time, but do discuss with your DME supplier about an Autoset or Elite.

I've got an elite, but I'm seeing my cardiologist tomorrow, and my regular doctor next tuesday. I'm going to try and stay off any sleep aids tonight and see if that helps.

So on the front of the machine you see in the bottom right corner that it says Airsense 10 Elite.

Then you can download Sleepyhead and read your SD card. You will need more than a few hours sleep to tell much so work on getting the sleep first.
Here is where you can learn about Sleepyhead and how to download. https://sleep.tnet.com/resources/sleepyhead
Here is the Clinical Manual for your machine. https://sleep.tnet.com/home/files/resme ... -guide.pdf

well, thanks for that; I've already got sleepyhead bookmarked, and just did the same for the resource manual; I'm going to bed early tonight, in hopes of getting a better night's sleep, so I'll look at them later. Good night, everyone. Oh, and I just checked my air again, it's still not showing me anything, so yep, it's not working for me. I'll have to look into that other website that people have mentioned.

What a terrific letter! So glad you were able to find fixes for everything. I am a bit concerned though that you may be overtightening your mask and not allowing it to inflate as it needs to - and sometimes that can create new smaller leaks than you're trying to avoid - the occasional slightly larger leak is not always a bad thing (I hope you follow your therapy with something like Sleepyhead), and you want to optimize therapy. If you can't get a decent seal without overtightening, maybe try other sizes, masks, mask types, etc.
